DIOGO GOMES

Founder & Managing Director

Diogo Gomes is the founder of Casora Stays and a hospitality operator with over ten years of hands on experience in restaurants. Having spent years leading teams in senior management roles and running multiple venues at once, Diogo understands service at a granular level - not theory. Casora Stays is built on that same discipline and care, translating restaurant level standards into serviced accommodation, where guests feel genuinely looked after and partners know their properties are in serious hands.


ADELIA KUCHER

Director of Guest Happiness

Adelia embodies the natural spirit of elite hospitality, bringing a lifetime of dedication to the guest experience. Adelia was blessed with an intuitive understanding of what it means to truly welcome someone. This foundation propelled her into the fast-paced world of restaurant management, where she honed her ability to lead teams and master the fine details of high-end service for 5 years. In her day job, Adelia now serves as an estate agent. She bridges the gap between property management and personal care, ensuring that every one of our stays meets our standards and that every guest’s journey is seamless, memorable, and filled with joy.


LUIS DE FREITAS

Maintenance Lead

Luis is the operational backbone of Casora Stays, bringing a lifetime of grit and technical mastery to the team. A seasoned entrepreneur who has owned restaurants since 1996, Luis transitioned his "hard-graft" work ethic into property expertise, managing a personal portfolio of over £2.5M. He oversees the structural integrity of every residence, coordinating complex maintenance and ensuring that every system is in perfect working order. Luis doesn't just love managing properties; he ensures they perform at their absolute peak, providing the reliability our guests expect.

OUR STORY

Casora Stays was founded in June 2025 by Diogo Gomes, a hospitality professional with a decade of experience in restaurants. Since 2015, Diogo has worked across the industry, and since 2020, he has held senior management positions, leading teams and ensuring guests always received outstanding service. For much of that time, he juggled working in two restaurants at once - a rhythm that defined his life for over six years.

 

In 2025, Diogo made the decision to take a step back from running multiple venues and focus on two passions: managing one beloved restaurant he grew up in and launching a new chapter in hospitality - serviced accommodation. That’s how Casora Stays was born.

 

At its heart, Casora Stays is about extending the same level of care, detail, and warmth Diogo has always given to guests at the table, now into the homes where they stay. Whether it’s a quick trip or a longer getaway, every stay is crafted to feel welcoming, comfortable, and memorable.

 

For Diogo, great service is more than just a job - it’s a joy. From restaurants to homes, the mission remains the same: to create spaces where people feel looked after, relaxed, and at home. Casora Stays is where hospitality meets home, and every guest is welcomed like family.

Our mission at Casora Stays is to create spaces where people feel genuinely looked after, relaxed, and at home. Hospitality has shaped my approach for over a decade, and the same care and standards found in my restaurants now sit at the heart of every stay.

Our goal is to grow Casora Stays across every major UK city by 2030, before expanding internationally by 2035, without ever compromising on quality or service.
